Atha Yoga Anushasanam - Now Yoga Begins

Yoga Sutra 1:1

In every moment we can choose to begin again.

Yoga and embodied movement have been an important part of my life for many years and have carried me through some of my greatest and my toughest moments.

I have great reverence for the ancient practice of Yoga and deep gratitude for the positive impact that it has had in my life. It meets me where I am and reminds me of who I am.

I know that every person possesses innate wisdom and infinite potential. However, we can sometimes forget ourselves in the haze of modern life. Through my teaching, I create spaces to slow down, reconnect with the body and return to that deeper knowing in a way that reaches far beyond the Yoga mat.

I teach primarily through private 1:1 and small group sessions, creating space for a more personal and responsive practice. Please get in touch here for 1:1 or private group sessions.

Once a week, I open that space more widely for Sacred Space Sunday, a 90-minute group practice at Escapada Health.

Sacred Space Sundays

Sundays · 10–11.30am
Escapada Health · Dún Laoghaire

A weekly ritual of returning to the body, to inner knowing, and to yourself.

We move slowly and work deeply, using the chakras as a map for exploring the physical, energetic and emotional body. Expect a considered blend of Yoga, embodied movement, breath, meditation and deep rest.

This is less about performing postures and more about creating space to listen - meeting yourself where you are and allowing the practice to unfold from there.

Book your place here.

For Yoga Teachers

If you are a Yoga teacher or currently undertaking a Yoga teacher training, I offer a reduced drop-in rate for Sacred Space Sunday.

I believe teachers need spaces where we can simply be students too - to receive, explore and return to our own practice.

If this is you, please get in touch here and I’ll send you the reduced-rate booking link.
