Love Notes

Nadine’s Yoga classes bring a focus and calming energy that I have always struggled to find in myself. I therefore cherish the 75 minutes of my weekly class and the wise voice of Nadine guiding me through Sacred Sunday Yoga.

I now welcome the calm, focus inwardly to hear myself and find real peace and support amongst my fellow class mates. It’s a very special class with an amazing teacher who cares passionately about her teaching and the experience we all share.

Today was my first class back after a 9 month break from yoga due to a sequestered sic with nerve impingement. I have been doing yoga and a variety of other daily exercises at home, but was a bit nervous about my ability to take part in a full class.

Your class was fabulous. Paced and modified to allow for a variety of abilities, with enough time that I could focus properly on breath and stability. Your encouragement and the space to explore what felt good to me was really useful, allowing me to be braver than I anticipated.

This evening I still feel chilled and my body feels really good. a rare thing with constant nerve pain.

I attended Nadine’s yoga classes during a very busy time in my personal life. Her classes offer a serene experience focused on meditation, energy, the feminine spirit and the art of slowing down. She clearly guided the class through many meditations that were deeply centering, using graceful and fluid yoga positions and movements. Nadine’s class is a nourishing experience.  It is a gift on a Sunday morning to be given the space root yourself for the day, cast off any unneeded layers & set you up for the week ahead.  Nadine holds the space, allowing you to take from the practice whatever you need, be that to ground yourself down or flow freely.  I always come away feeling simultaneously lighter and more grounded.  This class is a nourishment for the mind, body and spirit.

Nadine’s classes have become my non-negotiable ritual. Before I even land on the mat, my frazzled brain calms down with the aroma of burning incense, harmonizing music together with Nadine’s soothing voice. A form of kundalini meditation is adopted while you are guided through strong Hatha poses.

I find my ability on the postures and breath comes naturally thanks to Nadine’s unique gift of seamlessly incorporating yoga poses into a guided meditation.

I did some one to one sessions with Nadine over the course of a very challenging period in my professional life. Nadine helped me to come back to myself during this stressful time and I was so grateful for the space that Nadine helped me to find in myself.

Nadine helped me to realise that I was not powerless. I could take control of the situation and take responsibility for myself. I found myself able to have difficult conversations and stand up for my needs which was something that used to always be very hard for me.

Nadine has a really warm heart and a very encouraging way about her while also being totally rock solid. I would highly recommend working with her if you are in need of some extra support or if you would like to understand yourself more.
