Monthly in-person women’s circle offering opportunities for movement, release, replenishment and self exploration.
A 3 month container for connection, surrender and restoration at the end of the month.
Connect with the same group of women each month and share the journey with them.
In person at Escapada Health, Dun Laoghaire. We will gather from 6.30 - 8.30pm on the following dates:
Friday, 29 August
Saturday, 27 September
Friday, 24 October
What is involved:
2 hour circle and movement practice at the end of each month. Expect a blend of movement, stillness, guided meditation, story, visualisation and breath work.
Monthly practice to carry out by yourself between each circle.
Optional access to a community group to share and connect with other women.
